Crystals fall out Feb 03, 2008

Within approximately one year of purchasing a new GUESS watch with Swarovski crystals a few of the crystals fell out and were lost. I mailed the watch back to GUESS who replaced the crystals but clearly stated in an accompanying letter that they would not replace them again. Since that time (2-3 years later) four more crystals have fallen out of the watch and are lost. Since multiple crystals are lost from their settings I decided to use it as a junk watch while working around the house. This was very unfortunate because I found the watch very attractive and it still tells time well.

By Raj I bought this watch for my sister...She loves it..The only thing that she wishes is for interchangeable straps, so that she could wear it with different dresses. On the whole, its a great piece for the price.
