A strict and simple geometric set of building blocks are the bricks that make this piece original. Solid steel links and hollow rectangles are laid side by side in a path that lead to polished steel lugs. Two parallel paths, each paved with a double row of transparent crystals, extend across the lugs to the tinted plastic case of this Original Square. Sparkling above and below the dial are two rows of four transparent crystals. The surface of the dial is a polished mirror with embossed large Arabic numerals at hours 3, 6, 9 and 12, separated by embossed hour markers. Reflective brass hour and minute hands and a metallic seconds hand mark the time.
