By Anjoyla This watch tells you the date and time. It has the added feature of taking your pulse, a stop watch and timer along with 2 alarms. I had the exact watch with the same battery for over 6 years. This is excellent watch. It has the indigo light that lights up the frame so you can see the time or whatever in the dark. This is an excellent watch for anyone, not just a sports enthusiast. From cooking dinner to exercise this watch does the job. The old saying " it takes a liking and keeps on ticking " perfectly describes this watch. Well worth the cost.
