5Completely satisfied!  Oct 24, 2010 By Rarely comment "TC"
I tend to keep a watch a very long time (25 yrs for my last watch, a Tissot I bought in Switzerland which gave out), so it is important for me to like the product. This Wittnauer keeps perfect time, perhaps most importantly is READABLE, and looks fantastic. I have some trouble picking up the hands on many of the current watches due to lack of contrast, and many of the tiny date windows are simply not readable. The Wittnauer gets an "A" on both counts. I've had the watch a few months, and the strap and crystal are unmarred and remain looking great. The only improvement I would look for is a thinner, lighter watch but those seem to be out of style these days.
Don't rely on the picture in Amazon - it is of the ceramic-band model I think.
