Refund Policy
      

If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it within 30 days from when it was shipped for a refund, minus a 5% or $5 restocking fee, whichever is greater. We do not refund the additional cost of expedited shipping. For example, if you ordered a $200 watch and took expedited shipping for $19.95, your refund will be $190.00.

In addition, any promotional gifts received with the watch must be returned with the watch. Failure to do this will result in a reduction of charges returned to you.

 

Return Policy

 

All returns made to Watch Grabber must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Watch Grabber or by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in the purchase, or if payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued.

When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended.

All returns must be filed before 30 days; after that time, Watch Grabber is no longer responsible.

 

The Return Process

All returns must be inspected and approved by Watch Grabber before the return is finalized.
  1. Contact Watch Grabber at sales@watchgrabber.com to get approval of the return.
  2. Return the watch to the location given to you by Watch Grabber
  3. Please allow up to 7 days after Watch Grabber receives the watch to process the return and issue credit.
